The tobacco flavoring business is the starting point of FUJI FLAVOR.
We provide a timely and stable supply of products to meet diversifying customer needs in response to changes in the business environment.
This business supports the JT Group's manufacturing.

Ecomone business

“Ecomone” is a coined word combining ecology and pheromones.
We consistently conduct research, development, manufacturing, and sales of “pheromone traps” based on the use technology established through research on pest ecology.
We provide optimal solutions to customers around the world who are struggling with pest management.

The tobacco flavoring business exports to about 20 countries around the world, including Germany, Poland, and Taiwan. The Ecomone business exports to about 100 countries, including overseas tobacco companies, food companies, and specialized trading companies, contributing to pest management in various industries.

  • 1971Established for the purpose of R&D and manufacturing of tobacco flavors
  • 1972Started production and sale of tobacco flavors

  • 1980Successfully synthesized the tobacco beetle sex pheromone serricornin
  • 1981Started production and sale of pheromone traps for insect monitoring
  • 1985Started production and sale of ingredients extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction
